Jigs and density separation devices

Operating principles: Jigs type SAC and SAC 1-1100 2-1100 are intended to perform separations in aqueous medium between solid particles of different specific densities, due to vertical pulses through a perforated plate.

The material deposited on the perforated plate forms a bed, which, through the movements of the successive suction and discharge, intermittently disintegrates. This allows the heavy particles to move gradually downward through the bed of material and the perforated plate. The densest particles are collected in a cone and discharged continuously in the bottom of the unit. Lighter elements or releases pass over the bed and are discharged by overflow. Heavy particles above the piercing section of the perforated plate are locked thereon.
